Because we recruit all over including our surrounding communities, our human resource team works hard to attend as many local career fairs as possible. If you see our booth, stop by! We love putting faces with names--and you’ll love being able to make a great first impression. We’ll be happy to talk about our open positions, your potential career path and what it’s like to work at a state-of-the-art processing facility.

How does the application process work?
After you submit your application and resume on our careers page, a recruiter will notify you if you are selected for a round of interviews or if further testing is needed. Every application and resume is reviewed by a member of the STF team. We do our best to be as candid and as communicative about our hiring process as possible, and we encourage our applicants to do the same; if information changes on your resume such as your most current contact information, please update it so that we can reach you.
After the interview, further interviews may be required. All offers are dependent upon successful completion of the background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen. Please be sure that you are prepared before accepting a position.
What makes me a stronger candidate during an interview?
This is a tough question, and one we always answer with the same advice: Be yourself. The truth is that the interview process is as much us interviewing you as you interviewing us. Both of our successes hinge on making sure we are a good fit, so come with questions,x an open mind and a good idea about what you need to be an innovative, positive and hard-working member of a team like ours.
Be sure to dress the part! Clean, crisp, business casual is perfect, and comfortable close-toed shoes are always a good idea. You never know when we’ll tour the facility (we’re pretty proud of it). If you have questions, ask the recruiter who sets up the interview. As you progress throughout the interview process, please be sure that you are ready to accept a position.
