We Offer On-The-Job Training
No experience? No problem. We provide training to help each of our employees develop their skills to succeed in their position. The hours of the job depend on the department with available production hours ranging anywhere from 5:45 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. Our departments include 1st Shift Production, 2nd Shift Production, Finance/Accounting, Hog Procurement, Human Resources, Maintenance/Engineering, Purchasing, Food Safety and Quality Assurance and more! We are currently ramping up our second shift of production and looking for quality employees and managers like you.
