Pursuing Pork Perfection
Our connected food system and farm to fork model allows us to continually learn, innovate, and create sustainable opportunities for personal growth.
Built in 2017 in Sioux City, Iowa, Seaboard Triumph Foods (STF) is a joint venture between Seaboard Foods and Triumph Foods.
Sitting on the Missouri River in the crosshairs of the Tri-State area of Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota, Siouxland offers a diverse and inclusive community, and STF is no different.
In 2021, Sioux City was ranked the 5th most affordable and trendy city in the United States! Learn more about Sioux City here!

Our Commitments
When it comes to people, animals, the environment, and the food we produce, our #1 commitment is safety.
People
Without our safety-minded workforce, our company would cease to exist. Safety for our team members starts from the time they enter the facility to the time they leave, so it’s no coincidence that we have stellar safety records. With our in-house health services team, our employees are in good hands.
Animals
Our commitment to animal welfare starts with superior genetics. We source pigs from Seaboard Farms, Christensen Farms, Eichelberger Farms, Hanor Farms, TriOak Foods, and New Fashion Pork.
With veterinarians on staff and our trained team members, all pigs that enter our facility are handled safely and inspected carefully.
We have the noble work of changing the face of the pork industry, and by embracing the roles we have as stewards and caretakers, we will lead with a solid foundation of excellence and continuous improvement.
The Environment
Every day, we embrace the role we have as stewards in our communities and on this earth.
We’re committed to a no-waste process at STF and going green. Here’s just a few of the things we do to minimize our footprint while we feed the world:
-Utilizing everything but the “oink”
-Utilizing wind generation for 100% of our electrical power in 2023
-Capturing the methane gas from our wastewater lagoons
-Daily testing of wastewater
-Reducing paper usage
Food
With a Food Safety & Quality Assurance department of nearly 100 team members and our USDA verified processes, we ensure we consistently produce safe, wholesome, and top-quality pork products for customers around the world.
