Seaboard Triumph Foods Donates Turkeys to the Food Bank of Siouxland for Thanksgiving.

November 21, 2022, Sioux City, Iowa - Seaboard Triumph Foods (STF) donated two palettes of Butterball turkeys to the Food Bank of Siouxland this Thanksgiving season to support those in need.

As a proud partner of the Food Bank of Siouxland, STF has supported them since opening our doors in 2017 through donations and sponsorships of their annual fundraisers.

“Being able to pass out free turkeys to not only our employees for Thanksgiving the year, but to the Siouxland community, was very special,” said Sr. Communications Specialist, Erin Cantrell.

About the Food Bank of Siouxland

The Food Bank of Siouxland provided 3.8 million pounds of food to the community each year, supporting 25,000 food insecure individuals. Of those 25,000 individuals, 42% of them were children.

With 35 food pantries located in and around Sioux City, and mobile pantries, they offer year-round support for those in need as a distribution partner of Feeding America.
