Gerard Polkinghorne joins STF as the Director of FSQA

As of February 14, 2022, Seaboard Triumph Foods is pleased to announce that Gerard Polkinghorne has joined STF to serve as the Director of FSQA under Frank Koekkoek Jr. (Vice President & General Manager).

Gerard holds a Bachelor of Science in poultry science from the University of Georgia, and has over 18 years of professional experience in poultry processing facilities.

Gerard's home state is Georgia, though he most recently resided in North Carolina.
