Seaboard Triumph Foods Joins Celebrando Siouxland for Hispanic Heritage Month

On Sunday, September 17th, Seaboard Triumph Foods (STF) team members celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month at 2023 Celebrando Siouxland, hosted by Unity In Action-Nebraska.

The three-day long celebration of Siouxland’s Hispanic heritage included a movie night, a day of Loteria games, a community parade, and concluded with the Sunday festival.

Located at the Jeffery C. Dible Soccer Complex in South Sioux City, Nebraska, the festival showcased cultural fashion, great food, live music, and performances.

At the festival, STF served free carnitas tacos, made with Prairie Fresh pork, proudly produced at STF.

STF team member Goyo Rodriguez lead the cook team in serving over 500 tacos to event attendees.
