Seaboard Triumph Foods Recognizes Six Outstanding Employees of the Year for 2024

We were thrilled to have had our 2nd annual Employee of the Year celebration. During the year 2023 we celebrated 72 employees of the month.

There were 6 employees who consistently exceeded expectations. Their commitment to excellence and proactive approach sets the bar high for all, fostering a culture of inspiration and achievement.

Javier, Margarita, Cristobal, Nathaniel, Mary, and Brandon were pleasantly surprised as we ushered them into a room filled with applause and cheers from both leadership and team members, honoring their outstanding contributions.

We honored each individual with a commemorative plaque, customized sweatshirt, hard hat sticker, certificate, and a check for $1000.

To amplify their recognition and appreciation, the employees of the year were showcased on a prominent billboard along I-29 North, just before the Seaboard Triumph Foods Expo Center.
