Leadership Fundamentals Class Fall Graduation

This fall, a select group of our management and management support team embarked on a transformative journey in partnership with Northeast Community College. These individuals participated in an intensive leadership development course designed to refine their skills and broaden their perspectives.

The course curriculum covered a range of essential topics, including DISC personality assessments, leader mindsets, conflict management, and more. It brought together seasoned leaders with years of experience and emerging leaders eager to enhance their ability to connect and collaborate with others.

At the graduation celebration, participants shared their reflections on the program, many expressing that this leadership course stood apart from others they had encountered. The hands-on approach and tailored content provided valuable tools that could be immediately applied in their roles.
