Women of Excellence 2025

In celebration of Women’s History Month, STF launched the Women of Excellence initiative, inviting all employees to nominate a woman who has made a meaningful impact—whether in the workplace or in their personal lives.

From the inspiring nominations received, our executive leadership team selected five management and management support employees, as well as five hourly production employees, to be recognized for their outstanding contributions. Many of these remarkable women received multiple nominations, a testament to their dedication, expertise, and ability to uplift those around them.
