Rib Handout Giveaway

The best surprises are often the ones you least expect.

In June, we took the opportunity to surprise our team members with a free rack of ribs during our "Just Because Rib Handout." There wasn't a special occasion or milestone to celebrate, just a simple gesture of appreciation for the people who make this such a great place to work.

It was our way of saying thank you for the hard work, dedication, and commitment our team members bring each day. Their efforts help drive our success, and we wanted to take a moment to recognize everything they do. Whether they're supporting operations, serving customers, ensuring quality, or helping their teammates, every contribution plays an important role in keeping our business moving forward.

The rib handout was a small token of our gratitude, but it created plenty of smiles. We enjoyed seeing team members stop by and pick up a rack of ribs on their way home, giving them one less thing to worry about at dinner and something delicious to enjoy with their families.

Sometimes it's the unexpected gestures that mean the most.
