Blythe joined Seaboard Triumph Foods (STF) in December of 2022 and holds over 15 years of experience in human resources within the food processing and hospitality industries.

She holds a bachelors degree in business management and human resources, and loves coming to work every day because of the great team she has.

Blythe’s favorite quote is: “Treat employees like they make a difference, and they will.”

In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, camping, and watching dirt track races with her husband.
