Roger Baumgartner

General Plant Manager

Roger joins the team with 36 years of experience in the pork industry. Throughout his impressive career, he has built a strong track record of success in leadership and management roles and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to STF.

In his previous positions, Roger served as a Supervisor, General Production Manager, Senior Production Manager, Manager of Operations, and, most recently, Complex Manager.

Outside of work, Roger enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and boating, as well as cheering on his favorite sports teams, the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Dallas Cowboys. Most importantly, he values spending time with his family.
