Phase One
Learn the business from start to finish as you experience key positions in each department, including: Human Resources, Safety, Health Services, Finance, Purchasing, Personal Protective Equipment, Stockyards, Operations, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Shipping, and Maintenance.
Phase Two
Dive into the established operations and food safety and quality assurance standards of the company, giving you the opportunity to grow your knowledge and learn our processing procedures.
Phase Three
Work side-by-side with operations management to learn the day-to-day management of a production line, gaining the skills you’ll need to excel as a supervisor.
