Stephen Gibbs

Director of Engineering and Projects

Stephen joins STF with an impressive background in the food industry, bringing more than 35 years of experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in Science and Technology and a master's degree in Engineering Management from Ohio University. Originally from Point Pleasant, West Virginia, Stephen began his career in 1991 as an Industrial Refrigeration Technician with General Mills.

Throughout his career, he has held a variety of leadership roles, including serving as a consultant and as Director of Bacon Operations and Project Management for Weber LLC.

He is excited to work with a great team to support and maintain STF's position as the best in the business for pork processing and packaging.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Stephen is passionate about soccer and enjoys gravel bicycle racing, and values spending time with his family.
