Tom joined Seaboard Triumph Foods in 2026 with over 35 years of experience in both food manufacturing and employee safety.
He brings an impressive background to our team. Tom spent six years at Monogram Foods, serving as the Senior Director of Employee Safety & Health. His extensive work history also includes leadership and operational roles with Hormel Foods, Foster Farms, Orval Kent, Bunge, and Monogram Foods. In addition to his food‑industry experience, Tom brings five years of chemical‑manufacturing expertise from his time with Solutia.
At STF, Tom oversees workers’ compensation, health services, and safety.
