I AM STF: Bayoulbi
When Bayoulbi started at STF in 2018 on the production line from another meat processing facility, he had no idea what would be in store for him as he launched the beginning of his new career at STF; but he immediately knew he wanted more. From one line to the next, he spent his time learning as much as he could about STF and our processes.
Two years later when the opportunity arose, Bayoulbi became a production trainer, educating current and new team members on how to properly make the meat cuts and answering any questions.
With Bayoulbi’s evident growth and leadership, he was then promoted to be a production line supervisor after only five months.
