STF wins big at the 2022 Camp High Hopes Rib Fest Competition

Saturday, June 18 - Sioux City, Iowa

Hosted at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino’s “Battery Park” in downtown Sioux City, 16 BBQ teams from across the Midwest spent the day smoking ribs and chicken for charity at the 2022 Rib Fest competition - a staple Siouxland summer event, and the area’s largest rib cookoff.

Of those 16 teams was the Seaboard Triumph Foods team.

As fans kept coming back for more, STF’s team won big - taking home first place in two categories:

1st place: People’s Choice (Fan’s votes)

1sts place: Fan Favorite (Raising money for Camp High Hopes)

Camp High Hopes offers year-round therapeutic recreation programs and respites in Sioux City, IA designed to enrich the lives of youth and adults with diagnosed disabilities. Our high quality programs include experiences in archery, canoeing, and outdoor education, amongst others, for individuals and groups with disabilities. Coming from Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota, campers arrive with anticipation and excitement, leaving with smiles, new friends, and fond memories for years to come.
