Seaboard Triumph Foods (STF) Wins People's Choice Award at 2023 Rib Fest - Benefiting Camp High Hopes

Hosted at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino’s “Battery Park” in downtown Sioux City, Iowa, the 2023 Rib Fest event included 18 BBQ teams from across the Midwest, all to benefit the Sioux City non-profit, Camp High Hopes.

As the 2022 Rib Fest champions of People’s Choice (fan votes) and Fan Favorite (raising money for Camp High Hopes), the STF grill team returned to the 2023 competition to compete and cook for over 3,000 attendees.
Led by head cook Andrew Schroeder, Director of Maintenance & Utilities, the STF grill team cooked 90 racks of ribs and facilitated a knife set raffle to encourage donations to Camp High Hopes.
As fans kept coming back for more, STF’s team won big - taking home first place in People’s Choice (fan votes).
