Celebrating Custodian Appreciation Day
We dedicated an entire day to come together as a team and express our sincere gratitude to our incredible custodial crew for all the hard work they do to keep our facility clean, safe, and welcoming every day. Their dedication often goes unnoticed, but we wanted to take this special opportunity to recognize and celebrate their tireless efforts. As a surprise, we hosted a heartfelt celebration in their honor.
The day began with a thank you video, showcasing the positive impact they have on all of us, and expressing our deep appreciation for their commitment. We then enjoyed delicious food together, sharing in the joy of the moment. To top it off, each member of the crew received a custom STF lunch bag as a small token of our appreciation. It was a meaningful day that reminded us all of the importance of teamwork and the vital role each individual plays in creating a successful and positive work environment.
