Turning 8, Feeling Great! Celebrating Our Anniversary!

In September, Seaboard Triumph Foods proudly celebrated eight years in operation, and we marked the milestone the best way we know how—together! Our 8-Year Anniversary celebration was full of fun, friendly competition, and, of course, great food.

We kicked things off with an inflatable basketball tournament, which showcased impressive skills, spirited rivalries, and plenty of laughs. Team members competed in morning bracket play, culminating in an exciting afternoon championship. In addition to the championship, we held a team points and name competition. The team with the most points took home a trophy, while the team with the most creative name earned a trophy of their own—giving everyone a chance to shine.

The next day, we showed our appreciation with a Team Member meal. At STF, recognizing our team’s hard work is always a priority, and this sports-themed lunch of burgers and hot dogs was the perfect way to say thank you. It was a chance for everyone to relax, connect, and celebrate our accomplishments together.

We also introduced a new activity this year: a “FaceMorph Competition.” Team members had to guess which front-line supervisor had been morphed with a famous figure, adding a playful challenge that sparked plenty of laughs and friendly competition. Activities like this are always a highlight because they give everyone a chance to engage, interact, and enjoy some lighthearted fun.

To cap off the week, we partnered with the Missouri River Runners to host a 5K at the STF Expo Center. Team members laced up and hit the course, cheering each other on every step of the way. It was inspiring to see such energy, encouragement, and team spirit on full display.

Overall, it was an incredible week to be part of the STF family. We are deeply grateful for our Team Members and the past eight years of hard work, dedication, and progress. Here’s to celebrating many more milestones together in the years to come!
