Employees of The Year 2026

We kicked off the year with one of our favorite traditions: the Employees of the Year celebration. This annual event is more than just a ceremony, it’s a moment where we pause to recognize the people whose passion, dedication, and everyday excellence help shape who we are as a company. Every year, eight remarkable team members are selected for consistently going above and beyond. Surrounded by colleagues, friends, and leaders who admire their hard work, each honoree is celebrated for the unique contributions they bring to their teams and to our organization as a whole.

As part of this special recognition, each winner receives a $1,000 cash prize, a custom Employee of the Year jacket, a certificate and commemorative sticker, and a crafted crystal award personalized with their name. Throughout the year, their accomplishments are highlighted on a billboard and shared widely on our social media channels, allowing others to see the incredible individuals who help move our mission forward.
