Holiday Spirit Wrap Up

We had a wonderful and joy‑filled December! Each week brought new activities that helped us embrace the holiday spirit and spread cheer throughout our team and our community. One of the highlights of the month was when a group of team members visited the Boys & Girls Club of Siouxland to deliver gifts to local children as part of our 2025 holiday partnership.

Mid‑month, we enjoyed our quarterly free team meal as one small way to show appreciation for everything our team does for STF. We had an incredible year together and are excited to make 2026 even better.

For this year’s holiday gift, we were thrilled to hand out free battery pack chargers, an all‑time favorite! Team members shared positive feedback about how useful and appreciated the gift was. We’re truly grateful for the dedication, hard work, and heart everyone brought to 2025.

We also added some fun to the season with holiday game days, giving employees the chance to play and win great prizes. We quickly discovered just how competitive our team can be! It was inspiring to see different departments come together to laugh, play, and celebrate. Moments like these remind us of what the holiday season and our workplace communityis really all about.
