Employee Appreciation Day

In March we celebrated Employee Appreciation Day at Seaboard Triumph Foods, a day dedicated to recognizing the nearly 3,000 team members who make everything we do possible. Our people are the heart of our operation, and their dedication fuels our success every single day.

To kick off the week, we handed out a special crewneck featuring a message that captures the spirit of who we are: “Together We Build Success.” It’s more than a slogan, it reflects our vision of working as one team, united in building our future.

Every individual at STF plays a meaningful role in shaping our work, our culture, and the experience we create for one another. Whether on the production floor, in maintenance, transportation, quality assurance, HR, or any of our many departments, each team member contributes to our shared success.
