Celebrating Another Milestone - Industrial Motor Control Class

We had the privilege of celebrating a major milestone: the completion of our first Motor Control class of 2026. This moment represents much more than the conclusion of a course, it reflects the power of partnership, the dedication of our employees, and the meaningful impact of investing in career growth.

Three years ago, STF and Western Iowa Tech Community College (WITCC) came together with a shared vision: to create educational opportunities that would help our team members expand their technical skills, gain confidence in their abilities, and open new doors for their future. Out of that collaboration, the Motor Control program was born.

Since then, the program has continued to grow and prove its value. STF Employees have taken advantage of the chance to advance their hands-on knowledge, strengthen their understanding of electrical systems, and build skills that support both personal and organizational success.

The impact of this partnership with WITCC has been felt throughout STF. Not only does the program equip employees with technical expertise, but it also enriches our overall workforce by fostering innovation, problem‑solving, and confidence. When our team members grow, our company grows and this program is a shining example of what’s possible when education meets opportunity.
